Wondering if you are pregnant? And it is too early to get accurate results from pregnancy test; then you can notice some early signs of pregnancy but every woman is different, and every pregnancy is different. Not every woman has the same symptoms even not every pregnancy have the same symptoms.
Many women know by their intuitive inner feeling when they have conceived. But also, because early signs of pregnancy are very similar to the symptoms like right before and during menstruation, those symptoms are not always recognized.
 
Here are some classic signs of pregnancy which you may observe before the pregnancy confirmation test.
 
1.Missed Period: you may miss period within two weeks after conceiving your baby. Although pregnancy is the most obvious reason of missed period, missed period doesn’t always meant that baby is on the way. There are some other causes of missed period or late period like stress, illness, etc. So get confirmation before making some announcement.
 
2.Frequent Urination: You might find yourself urinating more often than usual. As your progesterone levels rise and the embryo starts to produce the hCG hormone, blood supply to your pelvic area increases, and it affects bladder and becomes irritable. This is why most women feel like they pass urine more often.
 
3.Morning Sickness: Although it is most common in the morning because of the long break between meals, it can occur at any time of day if you don’t eat so often. If blood sugar goes down then you will feel nausea, so eat frequently.
 
4.Tiredness: Tiredness is often one of the first signs of pregnancy. You should start to feel more energetic once you hit your second trimester when the placenta is fully formed because it takes a lot of energy to make placenta. Another reason is progesterone hormone makes you sleepy.
 
5.Spotting and Cramping: If you noticed your periods start but lighter than normal and little earlier than expected date, then you are experiencing spotting, which occurs at the time of implantation. When the fertilized egg attaches to the uterine wall, it is called implantation. Cramping occurs because the uterus is stretching itself to get ready for baby.
 
6.Odd tastes and cravings: You may also notice that certain food suddenly taste different from normal, and you stop liking that you usually enjoy. And you may start liking some food which you don’t often. Some women complain of an odd “metallic” taste in their mouths during pregnancy.
 
7.Sensitivity to smells: You may notice that your sense of smell becomes acuter when you are pregnant, and everyday smells liking cooking smells make you nauseous.
 
8.Nausea and vomiting: This is the symptom which is used in movies to signify pregnancy, but this is truth also. Nausea occurs because of low blood sugar, so make sure you are eating well.
 
9.Sore Breasts: In pregnancy hormones may make your breasts tender, sensitive or painful. Some feel fuller and heavier breasts as well.
 
10.Shortness of breath: The growing fetus needs oxygen, leaving you a little short, and this may continue throughout your pregnancy.
 
11.A headache: This is a very early sign of pregnancy. This occurs due to hormones changes.
 
12.A backache: Backache means that your ligaments are loosening. It may continue throughout your pregnancy because your center of gravity is changing.
 
13.Constipation: you may feel constipated and not fit in your jeans in which you were in last week, this occurs due to progesterone hormone released in pregnancy, which slows down your digestive system.
 
14.Mood Swing: It is common to have mood swings in pregnancy. Mood swing occurs because is trying hard to adjust to hormones changes. Some mothers to feel very emotional, but all moods are passed away.
 
15.Feeling Faint or dizzy: Shifting hormones, fast heartbeats, rapid changes in blood sugar and blood pressure can make you feel like fainting or dizzy in early pregnancy.
